Installation Spesifications 

Guidelines:

Color and edge detail must be picked by the customer

All stone products are quarried from earth and almost all contain natural occurring imperfections which are unique to the stone.  

When considering or matching slabs, floor tiles or accessories, Choose Carefully.

No Claims will be considered for Any Reason after stone has been Fabricated or installed.

All walls and cabinets must be reasonably clean, square. All cabinets must be permanently secured to the walls and or floor. Also the countertops will need to be deck with ¾ plywood if need it /.

The customer is responsible for cabinet work any disconnection and / or reconnect of any plumbing, gas and / or electrical.

Sinks faucets and appliances must be on the jobsite prior installation day.

Payment terms are: 50% down payment / 25% on delivery / 25% on completion

Basic installation:

1)        In home inspection to verify the layout, measurements, special installation requirements and tem plating.

2)         Delivery and normal installation of countertop.

3)        1 faucet hole drilling

4)        1 sink and 1cooktop cutout (unpolished top mount per project)

5)        Finished exposed ends (flat finish no edge detail) example: next to range or refrigerator.

6)        Eased polished edge on backsplash (all exposed edges)

7)        Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.

Custom work tasks:

7)         Under mount cast iron sink (sink supplied by customer) includes polished edge and mounting.      

8)         Under mount stainless sink (sink supplied by customer) includes polished edge and mounting.

9)        Outlet cutouts

10)       Additional sink cutout or cook top unpolished (top mount)

11)       Additional faucet holes

12)       Removal of existing countertops

13)       Removal of existing tile countertops

14)       Mileage beyond 20 miles from (Conroe /The Woodlands area) will have an extra cost

15)       Border edges, different colors, custom edges on backsplash

16)       Cut around post or odd shapes

17)       Window sills and garden windows

Granite has recently become the material of choice for homeowners remodeling their kitchens. Granite is both durable and beautiful, but it requires regular maintenance and comes in a limited number of colors.

 GRANITE:

Granite is nearly always massive (lacking internal structures), hard and tough,

and therefore it has gained widespread use as a construction stone. The average density of granite is 2.75 g/cm³ and its viscosity at standard temperature and pressure is ~4.5 • 10¹⁹ Pa·s.^[1]

The word granite comes from the latin granum, a grain, in reference to the coarse-grained structure of such a cristallyn rock. Granitoid is used as a discriptive field term for general, light colored ,coarse-grained igneous rocks for which a more specific name requires petrografic examination.  

MARBLE:

Is a metamorphic rock resulting from regional or, rerely metamorphism of sedimentary carbonate rock. This metamorphic process causes a complete recrystallization of the original rock into interlocking mosaic of calcite, aragonite and/ or dolomite crystal. The temperatures and pressures necesary to form marble ussualy destroy any fossil and sedementary textures present in the original Rock.     

COUNTERTOPS

 Countertop (also counter top, countertopping, counter, benchtop, usually refers to a horizontal worksurface in kitchen  or other food preparation areas, bathrooms or lavatories, and workrooms in general. It is frequently installed upon and supported by cabinets. The surface is positioned at an ergonomic  height for the user and the particular task for which it is designed. A countertop may be constructed of various materials, both natural and manmade, each with its particular attributes with respect to functionality, durability, and aesthetics and may incorporate or house appliances or accessory items relative to the intended application
